He was born in Giresun in 1967. He completed primary and secondary school at Karakaya elementary school in the village. He graduated from Yıldız University Mechanical Engineering in 1989. In 1992, he completed my graduate studies.In 2007, he completed his master's degree in Computer Engineering.
